The Focused PT Method
Engage
Engagement begins with active listening. We start by exploring your movement history to identify limitations and clarify your goals. Next, we assess your movement performance to design a targeted, actionable plan for improvement.
Educate
Education is a key step in improving movement. Everyday and recreational movements are habits that shape how you move. We help you understand and recognize these patterns so you can make meaningful, lasting changes.
Empower
Empowerment drives lasting movement change. Through targeted exercise and hands-on therapy, we help you build confidence and the skills needed to achieve your movement goals.
